All items sold are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. If the purchased item is faulty or unusable, we will provide you with a replacement or repair.
Refunds will only be given for misplaced item's/quantity. These refunds must be requested within 24 hours of payment.
All approved refunds will be received within 7-14 business days.
We cannot accept refunds for certain items, such as Netflx accounts, Spitiify upgrades,
which cannot be resold afterward. We are unable to restore the premium status of the account to its default state after such items have been sold.
For example, your account has already been upgraded to Spotify Premium and we cannot cancel Premium.
If the item is eligible for a refund, we will proceed to approve your refund. Otherwise,
we will not be able to honor your refund request. Once you buy, you should understand the terms and conditions and the related policies mentioned.
Any transaction fees already charged at the time of your purchase will not be included in the refund amount.
For example, your total purchase amount is RM 10.00 (including RM0.50 transaction fee).
We will only refund the total amount of RM 9.50 to you as RM0.50 is the transaction fee.
